This self-paced course provides System Administrators with everything they need to know to successfully run, administer and manage the Salesforce/Fonteva Environment. 

We’ll cover essential system administrator skills like how to:

  • Customize and administer Salesforce
  • Manage users and profiles

  • Use sandboxes
  • Upgrade Fonteva
  • Leverage automation tools

Prerequisites

Please ensure that you meet the course prerequisites to ensure you get the most out of the course.

  • Attendees must have basic Fonteva product knowledge and experience.

  • Attendees must have a Salesforce Sandbox Environment with the Fonteva product installed and configured.

  • We recommend that your Sandbox be on the latest Fonteva Product version (21Winter).
