This 3-day live virtual course provides System Administrators with everything they need to know to successfully run, administer and manage the Salesforce/Fonteva Environment. 

We’ll cover essential system administrator skills like how to:

  • Customize and administer Salesforce
  • Manage users and profiles
  • Control page layouts
  • Create report types and control report access
  • Use sandboxes
  • Upgrade Fonteva
  • Leverage automation tools

Prerequisites

Please ensure that you meet the course prerequisites to ensure you get the most out of the training.

  • Attendees must have basic Fonteva product knowledge and experience.

  • Attendees must have a Salesforce Sandbox Environment with the Fonteva product installed and configured.

  • We recommend that your Sandbox be on the latest Fonteva Product version (21Winter).

    System Administrators tasked with managing and maintaining Fonteva Salesforce Environment. Programming knowledge is not required.

    There are no refunds on ticket cancellations but can be transferred to the next available session.
